Julie Mencher

Julie Mencher, MSW is a therapist, educator, and trainer based in Northampton MA. She developed and held the position of Transgender Specialist at Smith College over ten years ago. Ms. Mencher has consulted to colleges, independent schools, professional organizations, camps, and corporations nationally and internationally on LGBT issues. Formerly, she taught at the Smith College School for Social Work, and was as a Visiting Scholar at the Stone Center and Jean Baker Miller Training Institute at Wellesley College.
