Julie Rainbow

Julie Rainbow is the Director of Clarity Road as well as an advisory management and marketing consultant for various small businesses as well as large corporates. In another life, Julie was the owner of an award-winning events business, until a debilitating divorce and a series of life changing events, resulted in business loss and bankruptcy. After working her way back to financial and professional stability, Julie became General Manager of a global IT company, and along with her management team, lead the business in only a few years from a small revenue base to a multi million dollar business. However her passion for empowering women soon led Julie to refocus her professional direction and create Clarity Road (www.clarityroad.com.au): a business dedicated to helping women through life changing events, divorce recovery, and business mentoring. Julie recently received recognition for her work with women through her nomination for the 2014 Pride of Australia Medal. Outside of work, Julie is a passionate volunteer who works as the chairperson of a committee that supports Women’s Legal Service: an organisation that helps women impacted by domestic violence. Professionally and personally, Julie now uses her business acumen and life experience to inspire and empower others.
