Justin Frago is a first-year student at California State University, Monterey Bay. He is pursuing his bachelor's degree in Liberal Studies, and eventually, a California Special Education teaching credential with an emphasis on moderate to severe disabilities. He is passionate about reforming education to make education relevant to the student, and helping special needs children understand that they are just as valued and important as a neurotypical student. He is a 2012 graduate of The Met Sacramento High School in Sacramento, Calif.
