Marketing and Sales Support Executive Global Wealth & Investment Marketing for Bank of America Merrill Lynch

Justine Metz serves as Marketing and Sales Support Executive for Global Wealth & Investment (GWIM) Marketing for Bank of America Merrill Lynch. She is responsible for developing and executing marketing strategy for Bank of America Merrill Lynch, Merrill Lynch Wealth Management and US Trust businesses serving affluent, wealthy, ultra wealthy, corporate and
institutional clients.

In her previous position as Banking & Retirement Marketing Executive, Justine was responsible for partnering with the Wealth Management Banking, Retirement & Direct Investment Division to drive Mass Affluent growth by building the marketing programs and customer experience to drive cross-sell across the Consumer bank and GWIM, grow Retirement through capturing the Rollover opportunity from Institutional Retirement and the Consumer bank and build the direct to consumer offering for GWIM utilizing the web and FACs.

Prior to joining Bank of America, Justine was Senior Vice President of High Net Worth/Mass Affluent at Fidelity Investments’ Personal and Workplace Investing where she was responsible for driving the growth, loyalty and profitability of these customer segments by building programs and
sales/service models to meet customer needs. Prior to that, Justine spent time at Morgan Stanley and General Electric where she led their respective Market Research teams as well as other marketing strategy and regional marketing manager/B2B sales teams.

Justine started her career as a market researcher in packaged goods companies including Kraft General Foods and Lipton.

She volunteers in Providence Schools and with the Georgetown University Admissions Program for Low Income Students.

She earned her B.S.B.A. in Marketing from Georgetown University.
