Co-Executive Director of People's Action and People's Action Institute

LeeAnn Hall is co-executive director of People's Action and People's Action Institute, a national organization of a million people in 32 states fighting for economic, environmental, racial, and gender justice. A leader in social and racial justice organizing for more than 30 years, Hall has influenced and effected national reforms in health care, immigration policy, and fair pay. She has guided and inspired hundreds of young organizers into careers in social justice work. She was previously the founder and executive director of the Alliance for a Just Society. Hall received the prestigious Leadership for a Changing World Award from the Ford Foundation, and awards from the Advocacy Institute and the Robert F. Wagner Graduate School of Public Service at New York University. Her work is highlighted in books, articles, and journals, and she is a sought-after panelist. She has served on multiple boards, including OneAmerica, Race Forward, and the executive committee of the Fair Immigration Reform Movement. Hall lives in Seattle, Washington.
