Kadar Lewis

Manager, Taylor Michaels Scholarship Program

As manager of the Taylor Michaels Scholarship Program, Kadar leads the Magic
Johnson Foundation’s college completion and college access efforts managing
all programming, volunteer staff, scholarship recipients, alumni, and high school partnerships. Most recently he authored a comprehensive Career Development Curriculum for college and high school youth, and completed administration of his 3rd annual leadership conference. Prior to MJF, Kadar taught grades 4-6 for two years in South LA, and later helped develop and grow the ICEF Charter Schools in Los Angeles. Kadar completed his BA in philosophy from Harvard in 1999, and is currently finishing his MA in Education at Cal State University-Los Angeles.
