Kanniks Kannikeswaran is a music composer and educator based in the Cincinnati, OH. He is hailed as the pioneer of the Indian American choral movement and has founded Indian community choirs in 8 cities in North America and is now taking his work to Europe. Kanniks will direct a children's choir performance during the Media Rise Festival Forum in Washington, D.C. on September 28th.
