Karen Frankola helps organizations communicate and manage change. As a Prosci-certified change practitioner, Karen managed the people side of change for technology launches at many organizations, including NBC, Cisco, Advance Auto Parts, BP, and Michelin. Karen directed internal communications for global Deloitte and served as communications director for a national education reform network.
Karen writes thought leadership and other communications for clients in a variety of industries. Her bylines include Newsweek, Workforce, and Strategic Communication Management. She worked as a copy editor and producer for MSNBC and CNN and as a news director for two NBC affiliates.
