Karen T. Fondu

Karen T. Fondu, President Emeritus and Chairwoman of L’Oréal Paris Women of Worth, has led a career that spans over 30 years with the company. Since joining L’Oréal USA in 1979, Ms. Fondu held various management positions in virtually all segments of the Consumer Products Division. In her role as President of L'Oréal Paris and now as President Emeritus and Chairwoman, Ms. Fondu has worked tirelessly to expand the brand’s philanthropy, Women of Worth, which focuses on the beauty of giving back by honoring women making a difference in their communities.
