Corporate and life coach Karin Joy Whitley’s mission is to inspire others to find passion, joy and energy within themselves. She holds the Professional Certified Coach (PCC) credential from the International Coach Federation (ICF), and received her coach training at the renowned Coaches Training Institute (CTI). Coaching in the areas of leadership, productivity, onboarding, and career development, Karin is a volunteer coach for Stand Beside Them, a coaching service dedicated to our returning service members and their families/caregivers.
Karin has served as Chapter President of ICF’s Connecticut chapter, and holds the ATM-Bronze status with Toastmasters International as a public speaker. Recently certified to deliver OASIS in the OVERWHELM program, Karin shares sixty- second strategies for balance, stress relief and re-focusing the brain. Presently employed in the Human Resources field, Karin is a Director, Learning and Organizational Development in the health care industry, where her expertise focuses on communication, building effective leaders, team building & presentation skills. She holds an Associates Degree in Marketing and Public Relations from Northwest Connecticut Community College and a Bachelors Degree in Corporate & Organizational Studies from University of Connecticut.
