Kathleen Doherty is the Executive Director of Between Friends, an agency working to prevent and eradicate domestic violence throughout Chicagoland by providing resources to help individuals rebuild their lives and by offering education to the community on ways to prevent domestic violence.
As a strong advocate for violence prevention and intervention, Kathleen also serves as the Board President of the Illinois Coalition Against Domestic Violence and is an appointed member of Chicago’s Domestic Violence Advisory Coordinating Council and the Illinois Department of Human Services’ Domestic Violence Advisory Council.
