It was during her time at Michigan’s Hope College that Kathy finally learned to eat right while earning a B.S. in Physical Education with an emphasis in Exercise Science and Dance. Upon graduation, she worked as an intern at the Coors Wellness Center in Golden, Colorado where she helped promote their corporate fitness and wellness program. That was where Kathy became passionate about the positive effects of fitness and wellness.<br />
