Katie Tate

Katie is a Colorado Native who loves the outdoors along with anything creative. She graduated from the University of Colorado at Denver with a degree in Communication last May. While she was in college, she was involved with a number of political campaigns and discovered her true passion. She also wrote for the political periodical State Bill Colorado along with University of Colorado at Denver's newspaper Advocate. After graduation, she backpacked through Europe and loved every minute. When she is not writing or being involved with politics, she loves spending time with her boyfriend, her dog Shaelee, and hiking the Colorado Mountains.
