Kayla Behbahani, D.O.

Psychiatry Clinical Fellow at Brigham and Women's Hospital

Dr. Behbahani is a psychiatrist. She earned her Bachelor's Degree in Communications from Castleton University in Castleton, Vermont and worked as a professional television news journalist before earning her medical degree from Kansas City University of Medicine and Biosciences. She completed a residency in general adult psychiatry at the University of Massachusetts Medical Center and she now works as a clinical fellow in Boston at Brigham and Women's Hospital and Dana Farber Cancer Institute, specializing in consultation/liaison psychiatry with an emphasis on psychiatric oncology. She is also involved in violence prevention and serves on the violence prevention committee with the Massachusetts Medical Society. Still writing in her spare time, she is always looking for a good story to tell.
