Keith Henry

Keith Henry has lived an unexpectedly interesting and happy, yet tragic life. After a 30 year marriage ended, he came out publicly and began life as an out gay man. His first long-term partnership ended when his partner Larry passed away unexpectedly just 4 years ago. After a few months, Keith met another wonderful man – Marc – and they were legally married and blissfully happy. In June, Marc tragically died suddenly. After the end of a 3rd committed relationship, Keith is faced with starting life again.

Despite facing these challenges, Keith has also been blessed in his life. The best part of his first marriage is his daughter Robyn who is a truly wonderful human being. Professionally, he began as a musician and band director teaching middle school students. After getting hooked by the technology bug, he changed professions to focus on use of educational technology in the classroom. His current work helps students prepare for college success.

Keith’s interests and hobbies include a love of dogs, the arts, travel, cooking, and photography. Having lived in 6 different states, he feels most at home now in Manhattan. He is thrilled to feel like a real New Yorker.
