Asset Building Policy Fellow at National Coalition for Asian Pacific American Community Development (CAPACD)

Kelley Lou is the Asset Building policy fellow at National Coalition for Asian Pacific American Community Development (CAPACD). She focuses on issues pertaining to asset building in low-income Asian American and Pacific Islander communities as a way to address the racial wealth gap. Prior to coming to National CAPACD, she worked in her hometown of Houston at the Chinese Community Center where she served low-income immigrant communities as the director of Senior and Social Services. Lou received her Bachelors in Social Work at The University of Texas and completed her Master of Social Work degree at Washington University in St. Louis.
