Kelsey L. Campbell

Law student; veteran; passionate global citizen

Kelsey L. Campbell is a law student and Tony Patiño Fellow-Elect at the University of California Hastings College of the Law. She has over a decade of experience serving in national defense and has served tours of duty in Iraq and Pakistan. She most recently served in the Office of the Secretary of Defense, where she began her civil service through the prestigious Presidential Management Fellowship. Prior to her civilian career, Kelsey served in the Air Force for 7 years. Kelsey holds a Master's in International Affairs with a focus on economic and political development from Columbia University. Kelsey is a member of the Truman National Security Project’s Defense Council and has been recognized as a young leader by the Army War College, Aspen Security Forum, Eurasia Foundation, and the German Marshall Fund of the United States. She enjoys surfing and hiking in the Bay Area and experiencing the arts and foreign cultures.
