Kelsey Minor is a New York City based journalist. The Emmy Award-Winning television journalist has worked in news all over the country including places like Chicago, Mississippi, Idaho, and Iowa. A graduate of Columbia College Chicago Kelsey is an exceptional storyteller and interviewer. He has covered a number of presidential elections and has even had one-on-one interviews with candidates. At 30, Kelsey took a short break from being in front of the camera delivering news to focus on one of his other passions, creative writing. His first novel Unfinished Business was released later in the Fall of 2013. “It’s amazing how this story of 'Unfinished Business’ came to me. I’ve always wanted to be a published author and the story was so intriguing and the characters so delightful that I just had to make it my first published work,” Minor said. His second book, a memoir is slated for release next year. On a more personal note, Kelsey was born in Mississippi and got to travel all over the country while a student at the prestigious Piney Woods School. He was born into a very large Mississippi family and often times credit his childhood as the defining factor of the person he has grown to be.
