Kendrick Nguyen is CEO and co-founder of Republic, an investment crowdfunding platform that facilitates startup financing by main street investors. He also supports mission-driven entrepreneurs through his work as the founding adviser of NOW, a venture initiative led by Shiza Shahid in collaboration with AngelList, where he served as General Counsel. Formerly a Fellow at Stanford Law School and the Rock Center for Corporate Governance at Stanford University, Kendrick has taught law in the US and Asia, practiced securities litigation, and oversaw growth, restructuring and acquisition at two large financial firms.
