Khawla is a very social, team player, has a good attitude, kind, great conversation and good at chasing stories. She has many experiences due to her volunteer work. She had done a Queens Park internship last summer, where she wrote letters, attended meetings with the Minister and created a Mental Health Awareness event that many ministers, CEOs and the Premier attended. She worked in many Free The Children Campaigns in her high school, lead a team of 5 student to organized a school wide bake sale called, "Heart for Haiti." She also organized a school wide presentation on violence against women. But her passionate has always been journalism and would love to continue to pursue it. She enjoys working and being a leader in a team. She has written many articles during high school and college years and she attends the broadcast journalism program at Sheridan College were she has learned many skills involving editing, filming, multimedia stories and much more. She continues to achieve her goals of being a journalist.
