Kimberly A. Scott is an Associate Professor in the Women and Gender Studies Department at Arizona State University (ASU) and Principal Investigator of a National Science Foundation-funded program, COMPUGIRILS. Prior to becoming an academic, Kimberly worked as an educator with international and national institutions from Thailand to Newark, New Jersey. Her research interests include intersectionality theory, digital equity for underserved populations, and childhood studies. She is currently working on her third book, Becoming Ourselves in the Digital Age: COMPUGIRLS.
