Stand-up comedian/writer/actor who lives in Los Angeles
Kira Hesser lives, writes, and acts in Los Angeles. She is a native Chicagoan who enjoys old people, old places, and old things. She began acting when she was 6, and later played Hortensia in Danny DeVito’s Matilda, which is when she first learned about the magical and strange obsession Los Angeles has with donuts. She has improv training from both Second City and Upright Citizens Brigade, and she regularly performs stand-up around Los Angeles.
