Knoefel Longest

For many years Knoefel Longest studied wine with the vague notion of eventually becoming a sommelier. Then one evening he realized that he still had far more questions than answers when it came to wine (and, to be fair, much else), and decided it would be quicker to ask those questions of the many talented sommeliers in his beloved home of Boston.
