Kevin O’Brien is the founder of Astound Virtual and a pioneer in the virtual recruitment industry O'Brien launched Veteran Recruiting to assist active duty service members in finding employment prior to becoming a veteran. Through the Veteran Recruitment Center, a fully-interactive online portal, more than 172,000 veterans have been hired by more than 400 companies. In 2016, Astound launched HireGrads to connect soon to be and recent college graduates with companies who heavily recruit on campus. Similar to the Veteran Recruitment Center, the College Grad recruitment Center will connect recruiters and job seekers in a feature rich, and fully-interactive environment.
