Chair of the Kofi Annan Foundation
Kofi Annan, 77, served as secretary-general of the United Nations from 1997 to 2006. In 2001, he was awarded the Nobel Peace Prize. Today, Annan lives in Geneva, where he heads the Kofi Annan Foundation, working towards a more peaceful and secure world. He is also a member of the Global Commission on Drug Policy.
