Host, 'On Being'

<a href="">Krista Tippett</a> is a journalist, author, and radio host. She's received a Peabody Award and<br /> two Webby Awards for her work on the public radio program <a href="" target="_hplink">On Being</a>, a new kind of conversation -- and an evolving media space -- about<br /> religion, spirituality, ethics, and large questions of meaning in every<br /> aspect of life. Launched as a weekly program in the summer of 2003, On Being is heard on over 240 public radio stations in the United States and globally via Internet and podcast. <br /> <br /> Tippett was a journalist and diplomat in divided Berlin in the 1980s before attending Yale Divinity School. She is the author of the <em>New York Times</em> bestselling book <em><a href="" target="_hplink">Einstein's God</a></em>, and a memoir and reflection on religion in 21st-century life, <em><a href="" target="_hplink">Speaking of Faith: Why Religion Matters and How to Talk About It</a></em>.
