Kristie Arslan is a small business and entrepreneurship expert with years of experience advocating on behalf of America's small business. Currently, Kristie is the co-owner of Popped! Republic, a local gourmet popcorn company in Alexandria, VA and is the Entrepreneur-in-Residence at the Small Business & Entrepreneurship Council. Prior to starting her business, Kristie worked as the Executive Director of Women Impacting Public Policy, a women entrepreneurship organization, and as President & CEO for the National Association for the Self-Employed leading efforts to advocate for women in business and America's smallest businesses on economic policy and legislative initiatives that impact business health and growth.
