Laura Kray is the Warren E. & Carol Spieker Professor of Leadership at UC Berkeley-Haas School of Business. She studies how counterfactual reflection, or thinking about "what might have been," affects how people make sense of their lives and problem solve more generally. In a separate stream of research, she explores how women negotiate effectively to achieve both economic and social gains in their daily lives."
