An immigrant from Colombia, Lili is an award-winning entrepreneur, World Economic Forum Young Global Leader and a weekly TV contributor to various networks like Fox News, Fox Business, CNN en Español, among others. She is the cofounder and CEO of CIEN+ a firm that helps business leaders and Fortune 500 companies unlock the power of today’s diverse marketplace with research, big data analytics, creativity and purpose. She is also the creator of Dreamers Ventures, a product innovation accelerator bringing together a best-in-class alliance of business experts to search, mentor and launch products created by minorities and women in partnership with HSN. Prior to launching her company, she had a 10-year career at Johnson & Johnson where she was one of the youngest executives, pioneered diversity and multicultural marketing initiatives and co-founded the Hispanic Employee Resource Group HOLA. Her breakthrough work at J&J inspired her to launch her company and empower more organizations to transform from the inside-out and successfully turn cultural trends into profits. In 2015, she launched CulturIntel™, a unique proprietary methodology that uses big data analytics and artificial intelligence tools mine digital discussions, segment and discover cross-cultural intelligence. CulturIntel™ has informed unique insights reported by various academic and news organizations including equal pay and health-disparities data published by Harvard University and supporting political insights on Fox News, among others. CulturIntel™ has been recognized as a Game Changer of 2016 by MM&M, Top Innovator by PM360 and has been used by numerous private and public organizations to uncover insights and make quicker and smarter decision across diverse segments. For her commitment to diversity and minority issues, Lili has been featured by Forbes, CNN Money, The Huffington Post among others. She is also the recipient of many industry awards including Top 40 Under 40 by PODER Magazine, LULAC Latina Achievement Award, New York's Top 25 Rising Latinos, ImpreMedia Outstanding Women, among others. She is a member of the Harvard Kennedy School Women’s Leadership Board, the YMCA USA Board of Directors, the Women’s Forum of New York, U.S. Hispanic Chamber of Commerce and a mentor to the Stanford University Latino Entrepreneur Leaders Program. She lives in New York City with her husband entrepreneur and former NFL player Chris Valletta and two boys.
