Lilian Ajayi-Ore

Award-Winning Philanthropist, Founder & CEO of the Global Connections for Women Foundation (GC4W). She is a University Professor at NYU School of Professional Studies.

Lilian Ajayi-Ore is the Founder and Chief Executive Officer of Global Connections for Women foundation (GC4W) was awarded the Ambassador of Goodwill of the State of Arkansas and the rest of the World – by the Governor Mike Bebe. Lilian is a Harvard Graduate and a University Professor at New York University School of Professional Studies. Lilian spent a portion of her career working at the United Nations Headquarters in New York, representing the Mission of Nigeria to the UN, and served on the Social Economic Committee as the Economic Development Policy Negotiator. More recently, Lilian Ajayi-Ore served as an executive ensuring Digital Marketing Strategies and Market Intelligence Analytics efforts for not-for-profit organizations, Fortune 500 and Fortune 100 companies. She was awarded with the Special U.S. Congressional Award for Outstanding Community Service from Congresswoman Barbara Lee and recognized by Applause Africa magazine as one of the “Top 40 under 40” Most Inspiring Africans in the Diaspora and one of the “Top 20 African Women” with powerful and inspiring voices. Lilian Ajayi-Ore was recently named “Power Woman of the Diaspora” by Black Enterprise Magazine.
