Lilliana T is a writer, a mom to one, therapist to many, and a friend to even more. Born in the Dominican Republic, she immigrated to New York City at age 4 and unknowingly polished her English by way of Goosebumps and The Babysitter’s Club. She navigated a shy and sheltered childhood through books and writing the things she wouldn’t say. Today she’s a little more outspoken, whether through talk therapy or putting thoughts and ideas on paper; she emphasizes the value of community, authenticity, and prioritizing ourselves as foundation to our mental health. Her work has been featured on Motherly.com and LaGaleriaMag.com, she hopes to continue sharing her experiences in order to make others feel seen, validated, and understood.
