Lisa Marie Basile is the founding creative director of Luna Luna Magazine, as well as the author of Light Magic for Dark Times, The Magical Writing Grimoire, and a few books of poetry. She is also an advocate for chronic illness patients and foster youth. She received an MFA in writing from The New School and studied English and psychology as an undergraduate.
