Loulou Khazen Baz is the Founder and CEO of Nabbesh.com, the Arab world’s first online work marketplace where work is commissioned, paid for and delivered online. Baz had won the regional reality TV show “The Entrepreneur” in 2012 for the Nabbesh idea, and has been working with her co-founder and team on growing the concept into a regional business.

Prior to launching Nabbesh in 2012, Loulou was part of the founding team of UAE based venture capital & incubation firm ActiveM where she oversaw the planning and execution of new startups in the healthcare, education and technology sectors. Since moving to the UAE in 2003, Loulou's career spanned from marketing to project management across several industries ranging from financial services with DaimlerChrysler, to real estate with Dubai Properties.
