Lowell Kirschner

Attorney and CPA

Lowell has over fifteen years of experience as a tax professional and is both a Certified Public Accountant and an attorney. Lowell obtained his degree in accounting from the University of Connecticut and his law degree from the Rutgers University School of Law-Newark (NJ). In addition, Lowell also earned his Masters of Laws (LL.M.) in Taxation from the New York University School of Law.

During his career, Lowell has worked in the tax departments of KPMG LLP, J.H. Cohn LLP, as well as various regional and mid-sized accounting and consulting firms. Lowell has provided tax advice, planning, and compliance services to clients that have included businesses that range from multinational corporations to closely-held businesses, as well as high net worth individuals. Lowell is a member of the New Jersey Society of Certified Public Accountants, where is a member of its Federal Taxation Interest Group. Lowell’s articles have appeared in NJCPA Magazine and NJ Business. Lowell has also conducted seminars on various areas of taxation for his fellow accounting professionals.

Lowell lives in Bergen County, New Jersey with his wife Deborah and two children, Max and Shira.
