Lydia Frank

Lydia Frank manages content strategy and creation for PayScale.com, the world’s leading provider of on-demand compensation data and software to employees and employers. She and her team work closely with PayScale’s data scientists to identify wage trends and insights and share them broadly. While at PayScale, she has collaborated with a number of publications – CNNMoney, Businessweek, The Huffington Post, Business Insider – to showcase PayScale’s data around topics like college graduate earnings, the gender pay gap and underemployment. She has led editorial teams for both MSN and About.com and holds a bachelor’s degree in journalism from Central Washington University.
