Lynn Clarke

Lynn Clarke is an attorney at the firm of Bowles Rice, LLP in Charleston, WV, and she is also involved in many community activities, including serving as volunteer Board President of the West Virginia Interfaith Refugee Ministry (“WVIRM”), an organization with members who are of the Christian, Jewish, Muslim, Unitarian and other faiths, or secular persons. With extensive experience in tax planning, Lynn provides advice to non-profit entities on governmental plan compliance and tax matters.
