Since 2014, Mads Nipper has headed Grundfos. Under his leadership, Grundfos has doubled operating profits from 2014 to 2015, and he has played a key role in refocusing the Group. He has a Master of Science in Business Administration from Aarhus University. Nipper holds several positions of trust, including board memberships in the UN’s Business and Sustainable Development Commission, the 2030 Water Resources Group and the 3GF. He is an active advocate for the global water agenda and the Sustainable Development Goals. Prior to joining Grundfos, he was with LEGO for 23 years.
