Mandy Muenzer is a spiritual psychologist, fitness instructor, wellness educator, performing artist/activist. For the past 10 years, Mandy has been teaching fitness and wellness at UCLA, acting in theatre, film and television and studying Spiritual Psychology at USM where she earned her MA. She opened her own private coaching practice, “M-Powered By Love,” where she infuses tools and techniques from all areas of wellness to help her clients achieve health physically, mentally, emotionally and spiritually.

She has worked with numerous organizations to help bring about positive change in the world including Make Art Stop AIDS with David Gere, Better Together Inter-Faith Youth Core, Mosaic Artisans, MCCLA, LGBT Center Los Angeles, Theatre Unleashed, Young Storytellers, Awaken Arts, International Mother Earth Foundation, UCLA Social Justice Alliance, Center for Spiritual Living, Wounded Warriors, UCLA Body Image Awareness Committee, UCLA Student Wellness Commission, FITTED, and Santa Monica Women’s Shelter.

Mandy is currently writing a book about her self-care approach to fitness and blogging at www.mpoweredbylove.com to empower and uplift others along this crazy, beautiful journey called life. She finds her life purpose in connecting with others and would love to connect with you!
