Manny Chirico

Chairman and Chief Executive Officer, PVH Corp.

Manny was named Chairman in 2007 and Chief Executive Officer of PhillipsVan Heusen Corporation in March 2006. He served as Chief Operating Officer and President for one year and has been with the company for twenty years in a number of financial and operational positions including Chief Financial Officer (1998). PVH Corp (PVH) is one of the world’s largest apparel companies with projected sales of over $8 billion. It owns and markets the Calvin Klein brand worldwide. On February 13, 2013, PVH acquired The Warnaco Group for $2.9 billion. Warnaco operates the global Calvin Klein Jeans and Underwear business and has annual sales of $2.4 billion. On May 6, 2010, PVH acquired the Tommy Hilfiger Corporation for $3 billion. Tommy Hilfiger has annual sales of about $3 billion. It is also the world’s largest shirt and neckwear Company and markets a variety of product categories under the brands: Van Heusen, Calvin Klein, IZOD, Arrow, Geoffrey Beene, Donald J. Trump Signature Collection, Kenneth Cole and G.H. Bass & Co.

Prior to joining PVH, Manny was a Partner at the international accounting firm,
Ernst & Young, heading up their Retail and Apparel Practice Group. Manny also serves as a director on the Board of Dick’s Sporting Goods and is Chairman of the Audit Committee.

Manny manages to find time for philanthropic work; he has been a dedicated trustee of The Healthcare Chaplaincy, providing guidance and knowledge from his unique business perspective. He serves on the Board of Trustees of his alma mater, Fordham University (Class of ’79). He is active with Safe Horizon, the nation’s leading victims’ assistance organization, in its fight to help counter domestic abuse, serving on their Chairman’s Council. And he was a key benefactor and spokesperson in the effort to save Ellis Island Campaign.

Manny and his wife, Joanne, are proud parents of three sons, Dominic (28), Michael (26) and Vincent (22). They have lived in the Eastchester, N.Y. area for the last 17 years and are actively involved in the community.
