Kruse is a licensed Certified Shorthand Reporter in Illinois, and owner and operator of Kruse International, an international realtime court reporting agency established 1993 servicing the greater metropolitan Chicagoland area. Kruse has more than 25 years’ experience as a legal fly on the wall, reporting depositions, arbitrations and trials locally and abroad. She is the past president of the Chicago Metropolitan Reporters Association, a Certified LiveNote Trainer, writes a popular blog for ChicagoNow, Chaos In The Courtroom, and is adjunct faculty at MacCormac College in Chicago.
