Maria is a senior and resident advisor at Pace University working toward a degree in English with an Economics minor. For the past three years, Maria has coordinated programming for Pace University’s Foodies Floor, a community within the residence halls dedicated to taste exploration and recipe creation as a way of enriching college students’ knowledge of and appreciation for the culinary arts. Maria is an instructor with The Edible Academy at The New York Botanical Garden as well as a Farm Based Educator at Eagle Street Rooftop Farm in Greenpoint, Brooklyn.
