Paloma Sotelo

Mom, social innovation passionate and Ph.D. student in Social Welfare

Boston, Budapest, and Mexico have been her hometowns. Freelancer in the social development field for the last nine years. Manager in projects related to creative writing, women empowerment, child sexual abuse prevention, and rural development. Paloma has publications on civil society, poverty reduction, violence and crime prevention. She has trained more than one hundred organizations in planning, fundraising, and grantwriting. Recently became a mother of a girl. For her, parenting is the most challenging and rewarding experience she has had. Paloma is currently doing a Ph.D. in Social Welfare at Boston College.
