Caring for others means giving a lot of yourself. Marian Hamilton founded The Ken Hamilton Caregivers Center to give caregivers at Northern Westchester Hospital a private sanctuary to take time for themselves and receive assistance and counseling from a team of social workers and volunteers – regardless of whether their loved one is hospitalized at NWH, another facility, or home. Marian was recognized as a L’Oréal Paris Women of Worth in 2016 for helping people manage the issues that arise out of their caregiving role.
