Technology Executive & Sales Leader: Attracts, develops & inspires world class talent to achieve record-breaking results

Marietta Davis is a seasoned sales executive with an extensive technology industry career. Her early roles at IBM, Lotus Development, Applied Data Research, and Tata Consulting established a strong foundation for her success with Microsoft Corporation. Most recently in the role of Vice President of U.S. Dynamics at Microsoft, Davis was responsible for leading more than 400 sales, marketing and technical experts serving Microsoft’s business customers with Dynamics ERP and CRM Solutions. In progressively responsible executive sales leadership positions at Microsoft, Davis successfully managed and grew multiple business teams, influencing over $8B in revenue and delivering triple digit growth milestones. Her diverse portfolio extends to mentoring strong leaders in to key roles and acting in an advisory capacity to incubation and small startups. She currently sits on the National Board of Youth Villages, a private nonprofit organization dedicated to helping more than 23,000 emotionally and behaviorally troubled children and their families each year from more than 20 states and Washington, D.C. A graduate of Bradley University, she completed MBA studies at Loyola University, as well as executive advanced leadership classes at Harvard University. In 2015 Davis was inducted into the Spelman College “Game Changer” Hall of Fame for her impact as a technology leader. She is a sought after speaker at Morehouse College and Georgia Tech, as well as conferences and events promoting women in technology.
