Gordon Marino took his doctorate from the Committee on Social Thought at the University of Chicago. Marino's essays have appeared in among other venues, THE ATLANTIC, THE NEW YORK TIMES MAGAZINE, THE NEW YORK TIMES, NEWSWEEK. In addition, he is a regular contributor to the WALL STREET JOURNAL. Former head coach of boxing at V.M.I, Marino has been training professional and amateur fighters for 30 years. He is also an award winning boxing writer for the WALL STREET JOURNAL and RING MAGAZINE.
