Director, 'Dumbstruck'

Mark Goffman is executive producer for WHITE COLLAR. From 2002 - 2005, Mark Goffman wrote for highly acclaimed NBC series, THE WEST WING. Mark has also written for NBC’s STUDIO 60 ON THE SUNSET STRIP and LAW & ORDER: SVU.

Mark's feature directorial debut is DUMBSTRUCK, a documentary about ventriloquists to be released by Truly Indie and Magnolia Pictures, in theaters April, 2011. For trailer and more info, www.dumbstruckthemovie.com.

Mark began his career as a writer in Brussels, for the magazine Commerce in Belgium. He went on to Harvard’s Kennedy School of Government to receive a masters in public policy. He wrote speeches for state and federally elected officials, consulted to the U.S. Department of State and the White House.

Mark has a B.A. from Emory University in Economics and Philosophy and served as a Masters Thesis Advisor, Fiction Writing Program, at Johns Hopkins University. He has been nominated for two Writers Guild Awards.

Mark’s play, ME TOO, from the producer of THANK YOU FOR SMOKING, recently completed its run in Hollywood.
