Mark O'Brien is a Senior Criminal Justice Policy Associate and Acting Director of Communications in Legal Action Center's Washington, D.C. office. He is an advocate for public policies that reduce criminal record barriers and eliminate discrimination against people with criminal records. Prior to starting at LAC, Mark worked for the Jericho Re-entry Initiative providing reentry and employment services to people coming home to Baltimore from prison. He is a graduate of Towson University and Georgetown University Law Center.
