Marlene G. Fine

Marlene Fine is Professor of Communications at Simmons College (Boston). Her specialty is in issues of gender, race, and culture in organizations, with recent work focusing on women and leadership. She is author of Building Successful Multicultural Organizations: Challenges and Opportunities and recently co-authored The Interracial Adoption Option: Creating a Family Across Race. Her work extends to the community through her role as a facilitator for the YW Boston City-Wide Dialogues on Race and Ethnicity and as a volunteer with the Boston Busing Desegregation Project.
