Mary is a lifetime learner and a current science educator. She studied biochemistry during her years in university and her favorite research project let her explore how taste can be quantified using dielectric properties. She has also spent the past 5+ years in varous initiatives, encouraging students to not be afraid of studying science and follow their scientific curiosity all the way through to a fulfilling career in STEM fields. Ever since she was a little girl, Mary has made it a point to express her ideas via writing and enjoys empowering and equipping others to do the same. Science, culture, and exchanging ideas will continue to be the top main passions in Mary's life.
