Mary Boone, art gallerist and philanthropist, is marking her 30th Anniversary. Based in New York, she has been on the crest of the American art world for three decades, helping to discover some of the world's greatest contemporary artists including Basquiat, Julian Schnabel, David Salle, Ross Bleckner, In addition, during this anniversary year, Mary is sponsoring "Young At Art," a major arts education initiative in New York City's school system in partnership with the New York City Department of Education and the non-profit organization Publicolor. This latest philanthropic effort underscores her desire and passion to keep art alive for the next generation.
